How about the Yuku Team/Admins just make it to were a certain age limit can go into the gallery if they think it is to inappropriate. They check the age limits on every person or make some sort of program, like YouTube does. The age limit for something with just punches and stuff should not be rated, something that is like Berserk should maybe be 14+. But if there are any Bible Black wierdos out there who think that it is a anime ( AND IT'S NOT) should definitely be 17+.

saying that a anime (even hentai) is not a anime is like saying that someone that is different from you isnt a human. Dont be prejudicative and dont just go around tossing opinions without any real facts to back it up. The only true way you could actually judge something, is to experience it first hand (no bad perv pun intended) and to actually try and understand it. Not just say "OMGZ IDZ HENTAI W00T!?!" ... cuz then you would be offending people that like hentai. While you have a right of opinion, just slamming "hentai isnt anime" is offensive to certain people. PS, just cuz people actually saw Bible black doesnt make them wierdos. Have respect for other peoples opinions.

All in all, the whole "age" segregation thing is going overboard. It would require 3 different subcategories in the forum (for each age appropriate group) and mangaka7 determining which level EVERY new member can access. Not to mention the amount of work he would need done to keep up with maintaining order in 3 sections at a time. Like 5 arent enough already.

And in conclusion, while we would all love to make this the new third reich with everyone tossing new rules, keep in mind that too many rules can be rather annoying, and whole forums fell apart because there were just too many dumb rules to follow and/or way too much control (well this isnt the case here, but if we get something as silly as 3 new forums just cuz were afraid we might not read the "Nudity warning" or "Not for all ages material" in the topic name (if youre a obsessive compulsive that cant read but just clicks away at topics).

Oh and, yeah, i doubt many people would just post some hentai around ... hell few people would actually consider posting hentai on da webz if they werent good at drawing in the first place... and if they were good why would they be on a HTDM forum anyway?

Oh wow. I should definitely check the gallery section more often, this is ignorance at it's highest level. The only one being judgmental here is you Polarismad91. If you knew anything about Bible Black you would know that it's an eroge that was adapted into an anime, and do you know what an eroge is? Apparently not. An eroge is a term that refers to hentai video games, but I'm pretty sure you know what that is. The storyline for BB is about this thick | | and the protagonist only makes one appearance during the entire first season.

Oh yeah. It is pretty funny how you can compare me talking about anime and hentai to human beings and how you say I'm "tossing opinions" when your the one doing all the "TOSSING." At least try and read the whole post. Im not saying anything along the line that bible black isnt a hentai, im saying that hentai is a subcategory of anime. People will get offended if you go on about saying they are weirdoes cuz they've seen something and determining whats anime and whats not. As far as im concerned, go and say whatever you like. I seriously dont care about weather you go around trolling. I didnt flame, i was trying to be diplomatic and actually point out that people will get offended. But yeah, do whatever you want.

I wasn't saying that we shouldn't allow Hentai because I dislike it, I was taking into the consideration the fact that we have a bunch of, like, 12 year old members and I don't think that we should make that sort of thing available to them. Believe it or not, people do not always correctly apply the 'nudity warning' properly (as is pretty well demonstrated with the 'mature content warning' on devArt). Often times people will put a warning on the sketches they did for life-drawing or anatomy class--nothing objectionable about that and no real need for a warning. However, sometimes the warning is used for stuff that actually merits a warning and because of this, it can confuse some members. The whole 'mature content' thing just confused me on devArt because people would apply it in... bizarre ways (two people kissing; mature content... wtf?).

Anyway, thanks for the comparison to Nazis (I'm sorry to say that I actually find most things regarding Nazis offensive... soz). That's really lovely and exactly the sort of dither we need in this discussion. While I agree that too many rules can be ridiculous and difficult to manage there is nothing wrong with simple restrictions, most fora have those anyway. I think we should consider the age of most of our members before saying that hentai and the like should be allowed (it's art yes, but not really appropriate for the kiddies).
